Lets discuss Kim Kardashian's Style Make Over Courtesy Of Her Man

Kim Kardashian is my least favorite of the Kardashian-Jenner-Odom-Disick empire. That aside I have always had considerable wardrobe envy when it comes to Kim. Her style to me has always been on point, even she is just wearing skinny jeans, a blazer and heels, she makes it werk.

And then Kim started dating Kanye West and her style has done a little 180. She has traded colour and cleavage for more muted tones, which isn't a bad thing. I am seriously loving some of the looks she has been rocking of late and she has mostly gotten it right.

To add more proof that Kanye has had a hand in Kim's style makeover, he here is on the most recent KUWTK, where he brought in his stylist and helped clear out Kim's wardrobe and then sent racks on racks of new clothes. Kinda jels but am not sure I would be 100% on board with this if it happened to me. It would definitely question my personal taste which I think is pretty good but hey who is really gonna say no to free clothes.

Emma Stone Threw Up After Her First Break Up...Lets Be Real Life Friends Please

Emma Stone won me over when she starred in Superbad. I thought she was super cool and then she starred on Easy A and I was sold. I wanted to be BFFs with her Hard! I mean her character spent a whole weekend singing Natasha B's "Pocketful of Sunshine" something I would and may have done once upon a time.

She also got to make out with my future baby daddy Ryan Gosling in Crazy, Stupid, Love which am totes ok with cos friends share and she was just acting so its not real! But then she did this amazeballs shoot and interview for Interview Magazine and I was reminded why I wanna be friends with this girl in real life. As always Emma comes off as down-to-earth, genuine and she mentions how at 14 she had her heartbroken:

CROWE: What was your first heartbreak like?
STONE: I was crawling on the floor. I remember throwing up.
CROWE: On the spot? Or thinking about it later?
STONE: Like, within the hour. I remember being on the floor . . . I have never felt anything quite like that. It was so visceral. It’s like someone has killed you and you have to live through it and watch it happen . . . It was awful.

I demand a sit down with the stylist and creatives behind this Celine Dion shoot for the Fall Travel Issue #79 of V magazine!!!

I just want insight into what they were thinking when they put this shoot together? What was the concept? Where they really going for this look or can Celine just not pose very well?

Truthfully speaking I had forgotten Ms Dion still existed, sure my iTunes shuffle picks one of her songs and I get all diva like singing along but I thought she had faded into French-Canadian peacefulness wit her Vegas millions never to be seen or heard from again...guess I was sooo wrong. Cos she is back and posing like this with no shame or care...STOP IT! STOP IT NOW!!! Please I beg!

What I Wore

A few weeks ago I went "window shopping" with my sister. Always a fun experience that leads to spend more money on clothes I did not know I need. While in one particular department store that is not usually a fave of mine but there was a SALE on and my sister dragged me in there.

If you know me I am a lover of skirt preferably short ones. I found the cutest tribal print skirt which was going for el cheapo but while browsing the racks my sister and I spotted a pleather skirt. I liked it but I Loved the tribal print skirt more. A few days later while scrolling through Facebook one of my fav websites featured the below pic of my spirit sister Khloe Kardashian doing her thang.

My fashion heart LOST its beating rhythm I. HAD.TO.HAVE.THIS.LOOK. I already own a top similar and I know where to get the skirt and I have the shoes, the legs and the event to wear this!! It was just meant to be! But like with most things getting my hands on the skirt was not going to be without drama.

The sale where I had seen the skirt was over. The racks put away for new summer range. I wanted to cry. I asked a sales assistant who looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. KILL ME NOW. So I left the store dejected BBM-ing the entire drama to my sister and try the other stores but nothing nothing was working. As I walked past the store again I decided to just try my luck and ask someone else and what you know they had it in a size 14 and 6. I am neither of those sizes but having come this far I had to try both on.

Thanks to an elasticated waist both skirts fit but the size 6 was just a tad too unkind to my muffin top so I went with the 14.

I wasn't feeling the red bag with my look so went with a mustard colored clutch which I got when I lived in  the UK but never actually used till recently and gold jewellery. 

I honestly die for my look. Tell me what you think?

I have long believed that in another life I WILL BE CARRIE BRADSHAW!! She is literally my everything. I have spent countless hours re-watching my Sex And The City DVDs.

I have lusted her wardrobe, her style, her walk-in, her friendships and her writing career. She was part of the reason I wanted to become a journalist many moons ago. She was and still is such an inspiration to me and when i found this artists sketch of her NYC apartment aka my dream NYC apartment I HAD to share!

Obviously now being a little wiser to the world I realize there is NO way in hell that Carrie on her writers salary could afford this enviable, sizeable NYC apartment and all thos eManolo Blahnik's but still a girl can dream! And i unashamedly adhere to this rule of life:

What KStew Wore

After weeks - has it been weeks, feels more like days- of hiding after being caught sharing her love cookie with an older man my ex-sister wife KStew has emerged from the depths of her guilt and depression looking like this...

Soak it in kids cos this is what heartbreak looks like at 22!! Crop top, skinny jeans, unruly hair, backwards cap ( s/o to RPatz?!?)  and McDonalds coffee!!! Go KStew. This outfit is not in the least bit shocking cos this is what KStew looks like all the damn time. But as can be expected the internet went cray cray discussing what this all means...here are the best bits:

On her general look:

• “She was not smiling and did not appear happy about being photographed.”–USA Today please show me a time KStew has looked happy to be papp'd
• “She looks as pale as Snow White.Actress Kristen Stewart finally stepped out from the shadows yesterday and into the LA daylight…The sour-puss star looked as if she had choked biting on a rotten apple as she stepped out from hiding and hurried to a waiting SUV.”–Page Six cos KStew is known for her glowing tan & sunny demeanor
• “Contrary to recent reports, the Snow White and the Huntsman star looked neither haggard nor emaciated. She looked remarkably normal.”–Gather yay someone got it right there is hope after all!!

Outfit choice:

• “The 22-year-old stepped out in sneakers, rolled-up gray jeans, a cropped white T-shirt and—taking a style cue from her scorned beau, is she?—a backwards baseball cap.”–E Online old habits maybe?
• “Wearing shades, ill-fitting jeans, battered sneakers, a backward baseball cap and a midriff-baring cutoff T-shirt, and with her long tresses uncombed, Stewart, 22, was far from the glamour girl of the “Twilight” movie series.”–Page Six KStew day to day is no fashion goddess she only cleans up for premieres & magazine editorials that take my fashion breath away
• “Most remarkable of all were Kristen’s accessories. She was wearing Robert Pattinson’s Baltimore Orioles baseball cap, and perhaps even more importantly, she wore a gold ring which was clearly visible on her index finger in the photos. As all twihards know, that’s the ring RPattz gave her…What does all this mean?…Looks like KStew is wallowing in some sort of self-induced delusion that Robsten is still on.”–Gather  i love the bitchiness of this one truth be told

Her carry ons

• “She carried a large backpack, a McDonald’s coffee, and a paper bag containing ‘what look[ed] like a bouquet of some sort…’”–Gather i think its pretty obvious we don't need a play by play
• “She was carrying what looked like asparagus, she’s clearly trying to eat healthy and most likely working out nonstop.”–Hollywood Life i carry vegetables from time to time but that does not translate to healthy eating and working out all the time...try again please!

I also wanna be paid to comment on the ridiculousness of the outfit choice of a 22 year old celeb who cheated on her boyfriend and looks like nay 22 year old who cheated on her boyfriend!

I would like to begin by bringing to your attention that Nicole Kidman is 45 years old. No, that’s not a typo, woman is the big 4-5. Just let that sink in for a second. Great. Now let’s talk about her V Mag shoot.

Nicole is V Mag's cover girl for their Travel Issue - am I the only one confused as to why she is half naked for a "Travel Issue"?!? - she is apparently wearing a Chanel ‘skirt’ which may have actually been meant for one of the Jolie-Pitt kids.

In the "Truth or Bare" interview accompanying the decidedly 80s-inspired spread shot by the great Mario Testino and styled by Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele, Kidman admits that she regrets not getting a little wild at times: “I would be more outlandish if I could. A lot of times you just don’t get the chance.” Sooooo i guess she is trying to make up for lost time with this shoot?!?!

All funnies aside, Nicole looks ageless and amazing am totes jels of her perky 45 year old ass on the cover. Mine sags for days and am 28!
